  • Lance Quinn
    General Manager

I am a born and raised Mainer from the Gardiner area. After graduating, I attended The University of Maine studying business. I went on to start my sales career at Circuit City in Bangor and found my calling. I loved to provide the best customer experience to everyone and moved to vehicle sales in 2000 in the Augusta area. I worked for nine years at various dealerships in both Sales and Finance. I found my home in 2009 as Finance Manager for Darling's Augusta. My experience led me to become Sales Manager and eventual General Manager.

I am still proud to call the Gardiner area home with my wonderful wife and kids.  I have two kids a son named Jack and a daughter named Lauren. Our life is hectic, but we have one great team. We are a sports family with multiple sports and coaching. My wife, Sarah is a nurse at Maine General and helps balance our world between games throughout the state and my coaching schedule. In my spare time, I coach my sons traveling basketball team and coach the Gardiner Fire Soccer Team.  We also have two dogs at home, Duncan a Pomapoo and Bear our Bernese mountain dog. When we do have free time as a family we are skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hanging out on the pontoon boat at Cobbossee lake in the summer.

Darling's is driven by more that business, it is truly driven by family. I am proud to work with a company that cares for me as much as my own family, it makes for a good work life balance. It is this sense of family that I promise to provide to every customer each and every day. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

  • Jason Decker
    Sales Manager

I am a born and raised Mainer originally from Phillips, Maine. I followed my father's footsteps and went to school at EMTC for Diesel and Hydraulics.  I quickly found this wasn't what I wanted to do for the rest of my life and switched to business. Business wasn't in the cards either and I went into the Navy. After my time here, I began my career in the car business working at Linnehans Auto in Ellsworth as a salesman. I moved from Linehans to Town Auto and caught the attention of the Manager at Darling's. He convinced me to become a part of the Darling's family in 2002. Here I stayed until needing a change in 2010 where I worked for Xerox as a Salesman. The printer business wasn't the same as Darling's and so I came back in 2011 to Darling's Augusta as a salesman. From 2012 to 2015 they trusted me as a Finance Manager and eventual sales Manager in 2015 where I am today.

Now my home is in Monmouth where I live with my 4 fur children. I also have two awesome kiddos, Nichole and Tyson. My dogs are probably one of my best friends, I have one boxer/lab mix and the other three are long haired dachshunds. We enjoy as much time on our Pontoon boat in the summer, frequenting Cobbossee Lake and winters ice fishing. We also enjoy snuggling and watching local racing. I also love to support my community; one of my favorite volunteer opportunities is the yearly Giving Tree at the Augusta Children's Center.

Honestly, Darling's is an amazing company and I am glad they took a chance on me. I LOVE the incredible team I work with every day. It's this team that make the difference, we are a team of community drive "family" dedicated to providing the BEST customer experience to everyone that walks through the door. Yes, it is corny, but it is true that Darling's is unlike any other dealership because they care for everyone. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I am a born Mainer proudly raised in Pittsfield, Maine. After graduation from MCI High School I went on to travel the world for six years in the Air Force. One of my favorite places to travel was Holland. After my travels, I came back and worked as a Sales Representative for a tire service equipment company in Auburn.  I started in the car business in 1992 in Bangor. I found my forever home in the car business at Darling's in 1999. Darling's purchased the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram Hyundai in 2007 where I am now a sales Manager. I am proud to be a member of Darling's team for over 20 years.

My home is on the Lake in China, Maine with my incredible family. I am grateful to have four very smart children, a daughter and three sons. For 15 years and counting I am lucky to have found my other half, Melody. Our home is filled with laughter, family, our two dogs Mia and Bruzzer and our guinea pig, Chewy.  When I'm not fixing up the house I enjoy my time out on the boat.  My summers are spent cruising down the river starting in Gardiner. Finance Manager

Just a Mainer born and raised in Fairfield, Maine. After graduation, I attended the University of Southern Maine receiving my degree in Business Management. I put my degree to good use and be-gan my career as a Manager for New Balance shoes. Since then I gained experience in the business and finance at GM Pollock, Central Maine Motors, and New Dimensions Federal Credit Union before starting at Darling's in Augusta. Prior to finding my Darling's family in July of 2018, I worked at North Country Harley in Augusta as a Finance Manager.

My home is Belfast now where I live with my amazing wife Katelyn and our little family. Our family has grown to include our sweet girl Alice, a cat named Boca, a cat named Cat and a cat named Ana-kin. When we have free time we love to spend time together, boating, hiking, golfing and enjoying classic rock concerts at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion! I also love volunteering to coach soccer at Central Maine United.

I absolutely love working for Darling's Auto. It is rare you find a job that is super fun to work at eve-ry day. Our team is awesome in how well we work together to ensure our customers feel welcome. Finance is not always a fun subject when buying a vehicle. It is my goal to ensure my customers have and comfortable buying experience, because I will never forget how scary large purchases can be. Feel free to call me anytime with any questions.

    Finance Manager

I am a Mainer born and raised in Sydney. Dealerships were a part of growing up, as my father was a Bureau of Motor Vehicles Investigator. After graduating, I studied Business at Thomas College at night while working my days as a Sales Representative for some local dealerships.  I was 19 at the time when I would admire the Finance Manager at the dealership. I watched, as customers were able to leave with their dream vehicle, because the Finance Manager worked for them. It was then that I found my dream job. At 19, I knew I needed more experience and kept working towards my business degrees until I was ready for Finance Manager. In that time, I worked in Real Estate with my father, the restaurant industry, a Buyer at Pine State Trading and sold vegetable seeds for Johnny's Seeds. After about 10 years, I it was time to have one job instead of three. I took the advice of my father to work at one of the best dealerships in the state and applied to Darling's. After 10 years, I landed my dream job as Finance Manager in 2016.

My home is Waterville now and soon to be Oakland with my incredible family. My wife and I have two awesome kiddo. Our son, Parker, is obsessed with Monster Trucks and Dinosaurs while our daughter, Peyton, loves to dance. We also have a house filled with dogs. Our dogs include an Airedale Terrier named Oscar, an Australian Shepard Golden Doodle named Luca and a Shih Tzu named Millie. Outside the office, I enjoy gym time with my wife and outdoor adventuring with my family. We love to be outside and 4 wheel, dune buggy, hang out at the pool and more.

My father was right, Darling's is the absolute best for their customers and their employees. My team is one big family whose goal is to help people. Buying a car should be a fun and enjoyable experience. It is my goal to help customers dream come true. I take such pride in working with the banks to give people a chance. No one has perfect credit, and no matter what the score says it's my goal to find a way. Let me find a way for your, feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I am a Mainer born and raised in Waterville, Maine. After graduating, I enlisted in the Navy as a Boatswain's mate for four years. After my time in the Navy, I studied at KVTC now called KVCC. I had a passion for people and cars, which led me to my first career as a Sales Representative for a local dealership. After 10 years, I needed a change in 2001 and began work in construction field. I missed my passion and was encouraged to join Darling's in 2014.

My home is Winslow now where I love adventuring with my bright, incredible adopted daughter, Makayla.  Makalya brightens my world, at the age of four; she required a new set of lungs and through it all, she persisted with such heart. Our little world is not perfect, but we love spending time at home with our Blue Nosed Pit bull, named Dallas. Our adventures include most anything outdoors, including 4 wheeling or snow tubing.  I am also a huge sports fan cheering on the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and the Dallas Cowboys!

I am so thankful for Darling's Auto Group; they are the most genuine company I have ever met. So many good, kind people here continue to support my customers and myself. It is my pleasure to provide a genuine, wonderful experience for anyone that walks through the Darling's door. Please feel free to reach out anytime.

I am a born Mainer raised in Brunswick, Maine the baby of my family of 5 kids. My life has taken me on many great adventures so far. After my time in the Navy I began in the car business in Virginia Beach in 1995.  I was missing my family and the Maine outdoors and came home to Maine in 2000 where I continued in the car business. • Dawn Lee
    Receptionist

I was born in Livermore Falls, Maine and adventured out of the state after graduation. My first ad-venture led me to New Hampshire where I moved to become a nanny. I moved again to Massachu-setts to work at a horse farm for my next great adventure. My adventures led me back to Maine where I worked as a shift leader for a local group home. A need for a job closer to home with better hours led me to Darling's in 2017 as a receptionist.

My home is now Winthrop where I enjoy my time with my adorable son. Life is hectic with a son so I take my me time at the gym. However, my favorite place to be is home where I find adventure and relaxation with books when I am not spending time with my kiddo. My book love started with the Terry Goodkind novels and continue today with many great adventure novels.

I've worked at many different types of organizations and am glad I found my home at Darling's. The team continues to support me and care for me daily. Life can get hectic and it's nice to know I have a caring place like Darling's behind me. The same care is what I am proud to provide to our customers each day. Receptionist

I was born and raised in Maine, and graduated from Cony High School in Augusta.

I have lived in China, Maine for the last 26 years with my husband David. We have been married for 25 years and have two adult children, Dylan and Morgan and three cats. You may recognize me from my previous 11 ½ years employment at a GMC Buick dealer here in Augusta from 1992-2003. I left that position to raise my two pre-school aged children at the time. Once my oldest started kindergarten, a position at Erskine Academy became available to accommodate both my parenting and working hours.

I spent 16 years joyfully working in my community while making memories with my husband and school aged children, attending their sporting events was my favorite pastime. A few years after my youngest graduated high school, the receptionist/sales administrative assistant/rental agent became available at Darling's, so here I am since 2021, back in the auto industry where I started, and can now accommodate my next phase in life with my husband, as we will eventually become empty nesters.

In my spare time, I enjoy photography, going out to dinner, dancing and attending concerts and Red Sox games.  I am a member at the Calumet Club where I can embrace my French heritage. I am a two time breast cancer survivor and promote early detection screening and awareness.

I enjoy accommodating our customers and being that friendly face and voice as your first contact in our establishment either by phone or in person. Here at Darling's, you and I are more than a number. We are valued and appreciated daily.

I grew up a proud Mainer from Union, Maine. I started my career with a love for vehicles at a dealership in Rockland as a parts guy. I had always loved vehicles and parts alike and felt like this was the world for me. I stayed in parts for 13 years until giving the body shop life a shot for 4 years. Missing my time in parts I started at Darling's in 2017 as a parts advisor. I am now a Parts Manager.

My home is Liberty now where I live with my incredible wife, two kiddos, one dog and two cats. I love spending time with my family and hanging out at car shows. Outside the parts world I joined the National Street Rod Association in 2017 as the Maine State Advisor.

Darling's is my second family. The Darling's family is a great supporter of the things I care for most, family and community. It's this community caring that gives me such pride to be able to work here. Feel free to reach out anytime.

    Team Service Manager

I was born and raised in Rumford, Maine. After graduation, I attended Central Maine Community College where I studied Automotive as part of the Ford Assist Program. During this time, I learned some of my skills from the team at Darling's Ford in Bangor.

When I completed the program, I worked for Darling's Ford for a year until moving to southern Maine. My experience led me to becoming a Service Writer and eventual Service Manager in Somersworth, NH. In 2019, I moved back to Maine to be closer to my family. The team at Darling's Augusta shortly after hired me as a Team Service Manager.

My home is Peru, where I live with my wonderful wife Katarina and our two children Henry and Natalie. Our home also includes a springer spaniel named Hunter and a terrier mix named Holly. At home, I enjoy yardwork, housework and small engine repair. When we need some time away, my family enjoys time at our camp in Weld. At camp, we love relaxing and fishing.

I am proud to be back at Darling's where they truly care. Friendly people surround my job, which makes all the difference. The service side of the car business is all about the customer experience. Darling's atmosphere of genuine kindness transcends to the customers, something you do not see at most shops.
